Heat system was not putting out a lot of heat. Due to the temperature outside being extremely cold. I like that as soon as Cool G walked into the house he said that your heat is working fine and that there is nothing wrong other than Georgia is not use to this very cold weather. And because of the extreme cold weather my unit was working extra hard to keep up. Thanks for the professionalism and educating me on how the unit works. Service: Heating system maintenance

Cool Gz is amazing and Literally SAVED MY LIFE.. I am at home recovering from heart surgery and it is currently 19 degrees in Atlanta. My heater completely stopped working and dropped my home to dangerous levels for me, as someone recovering from surgery. Cool Gz took our call late on Dec 23rd and regardless of the extreme freeze in Georgia, he arrived at my home promptly on Christmas eve and repaired my heater at a very fair price and saved me from a trip to the a hotel or worse back to the hospital. I am beyond grateful and will continue to recommend Cool Gz to all of my friends, family and acquaintances!!! Service: Repair HVAC
