My experience at this apartment complex has been horrible. I dont usually write reviews but I will today. I moved here 2022 and moved out 2023 due to a gnat issue that was not getting resolved after I spoke with them multiple times and told them I had a newborn baby in the home. I am in the military and was getting ready to depart, I handed my orders to the front desk over 60 days prior and kept them up to date with my move. The front office lost my paperwork and when I resubmit it and left the apartment I got hit with no advance notice was given. Prior to leaving I cleaned up and they said I didnt; charged me for that. They charged me for damage to the wall when I barely had anything in the walls only a few pictures nails smaller than a quarter. I contacted the office multiple time in advance to get information and nobody called back or ever returned the call. Months later the credit bureau calls me and tells me a bunch of allegations against me totaling to 5k that I have to pay back. I would not recommend this place at all. I was a tenant that didnt complain, no issues and at the end I get screwed. If I could give it a zero I would. This was the worse experience for it to be my first apartment experience. Thank you for messing it up Park at Tara Lake !
