        Extremely rude and poor customer service. Staff has complain at every step, why UPS label is so big, why package is not properly tapped. I printed what came to me from UPS, they even wanna change for tape. From this store I went to another UPS store 10 mins away and literally gave them the same package for return and they did not have any complain for label or tape. I DO NOT recommend this place or even caution other to STOP going there to waste their time - use another place. Additioanlly, I urge UPS team to really check on management at this store. Negative star from me for my last visit in May 25, 2022.

        Needed notary services for a home closing. Went to the store at 6pm, store closes at 6:30. Clerk said they stopped notary services at 5:30pm. We asked was it a systems issue as we needed this service right away. They said it was just a guideline but would not make an exception. Bad customer service, will not be going there again.
