"Absolutely amazing!" is the perfect way to describe the outstanding services I experienced at Massage Envy in Johns Creek. From the receptionist warm greeting to the moment I left, the customer service was flawless. I had been suffering from debilitating lower back pain for about a week, which was caused by my cute, chubby grandson diving on me in an attempt to prevent me from leaving. My husband suggested I try Massage Envy before considering a trip to the ER. During my "Rapid Tension Release" massage with Kimberly, I not only received relief but I was also educated about muscles and how they function. Kimberly skillfully addressed my issues, identifying that my right hip muscle had shifted upward to support my lower back muscle, and gently guided it back into place. As Kimberly explained her technique, I could physically feel the correction taking place. By 3pm that same day, I was walking normally and completely pain-free, without the need for medication or medical intervention. I am incredibly grateful to the professionals at Massage Envy, Johns Creek, as their expertise not only saved me money but also provided a speedy recovery and prevented further discomfort.
