Very disappointed in this poorly ran program that looks to gauge their customers with unnecessary "fees." After paying over two years worth of membership, two summer camps and recruiting 3 additional students into their program, we were left out to dry and expected to pay for a week of summer camp my son didnt attend due to a major poor choice he made. I would have thought the owners and staff would have supported and encouraged that he receive "consequences" for his actions as: honor, integrity, discipline, etc are taught in most karate programs, but instead I was told, after the fact, that I owed the program for the cost of the missed week of camp and it was HIS indiscretion not theirs and they shouldnt have to bear the loss! I was told that I have more than enough money to pay for it since my husband and I recently came back from a trip. Poor customer service and tackiness is an understatement and I wished I would have left awhile ago when I was warned by another parent who left for the similar reasons. There are must better programs in the area and I wouldnt recommend any of the people I care about to attend this program.

Elite Martial Arts is my sons home away from home and I can't say enough good things. He's grown so much in the years he's been there and went from a shy quite boy to a leader! He's learned respect, integrity and accountability just to name a few. There is a process at Eiite that we all have to follow and I like this process as we all know where we stand at all times. I like that we're spoken to and explained in detail al the rules, regulations and ins out out of the facility. There are no surprises or added last minute fees and we all pay the same amount and receive the same discounts. I feel my son is loved and very well cared for and knows there is always someone to talk to, give him a hug or advice if he needs it. The same goes for me. If I need support, advice, a hug or help in some way, Elite has been there for us and we know we can count on them It truly takes a village and I would highly recommend Elite being a part of your village.

My kids have been taking Karate on and off for about 10 years at 2 other local studios. My 13 year old just started at Elite Martial Arts this summer and we absolutely love it. The teachers are amazing and have worked so closely with her to catch her up with their curriculum. The facility is large and clean. The schedule is convenient and I find them to be extremely organized in general. The run this business like everyone is part of the Elite family and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in Karate!
