The art program is good and the classes are engaging. However, the customer service is not good at all. I enrolled my daughter in their art classes and bought a 5 class package for $90. Before purchasing I spoke to the manager advising that we will be traveling and we will miss a class. She assured me that you can purchase the classes and we can have a make up class. My daughter became sick one week and I was sick the next week so we missed 2 classes. I called each time telling them we are sick and the manager assured me that we can have makeup classes for the classes we have missed. I asked to do makeup classes the following week and she told me the classes are the same throughout the week and there are better classes in December for the holidays. Nothing was in writing and lesson learned to document everything because people forget. I got back from vacation and no one was answering my calls. A man would pick up and tell me someone would call me back but no one did. Finally I got a hold of the manager and she told me she doesn't remember our conversations over the phone. After a whole discussion she applied a $32 credit on the account (not sure how she came up with that amount - when my child should have recived 3 make-up classes) and now 1 class is $22. I am not paying more money to this company for additional classes so I won't be booking any more. I just feel like I got robbed. The amount is not large in the grand scheme of things but it's the principal. It would have been nice if the manager could have refunded my money or given me 3 make-up classes. Like did she want me or my child to come in sick and spread the germs to other kids? Very disappointing service.

The kids absolutely loved our Glow in the dark Halloween birthday party. Even though the studio had never really done this type of paint in the dark party before, Rocio went out of her way to accommodate us & entertain the kids. (If you have a lot of decorations like I did, I highly recommend buying an extra 1/2 hour & using it on the front end of the party - B4 you tell guests to be there - as decoration time).

My daughter loved the camp! Its so wonderful to have a creative place for kids to go. We are happy Kidcreate is in the neighborhood!

Kidscreate gives an amazing environment for kids to express through art. Johns creek studio not only provides that environment but also are very kind, empathetic while being professional.
