Baymont Inn & Suites Jesup

I come here to this location often during the past few times I have been here its been a up and down stay , but as I returned the environment is so much better I had a fast and easy Check in the staff at the front desk is very nice and professional, The New General Manager was on site during my Check in he was very sweet and kind , he explained to us that he came from another property with the company in another state and he is trying to turn this property around , breakfast was amazing the lady who does breakfast is so kind , this place looks like its turning around being under the Management of Chris , keep up the good work and I will be returning I recommend to everyone give this place a chance The photos are of my room when I walked in clean smelling good and refreshing.

I have stayed at this Baymont in the past. Since my past experience was good, i booked 2 rooms. I was very disappointed. Staff was great but the establishment was awful. Upon arrival there were a wait. It appeared the clerk did not know what she was doing. Chris,the Manager stated he came down on today from the SC location to assist and get the hotel properly running. One of the rooms i reserved had a tenant already in there. Chris The Manager was unaware and went to remove the person. Chris apologized and provided another room for me. Although it was not 2 doubles as paid for it was ok. The room keys didn't work for one of the rooms. We could not leave one of the rooms unattended because we were never given a key. We were let in by management. Lamp shades were broken/ dirty, furniture nipped/chipped/ not working properly, rooms dirty, The rugs are absolutely filthy and room dusty. The heat/air unit did not work and room was very cold which was ok because of the stench. Thankfully i had cleaner, disinfectant and air fresher in the car. There was food left in the fridge. One of the beds in the room was half made. There were roaches crawling. There was no remote or HDMI cord connected. No hangers for clothing and drawers were disgusting. The breakfast...front desk apologized saying sorry we don't have much out. Breakfast started at 630am consisted of oatmeal, fruit, coffee....there were no milk, tea, soda, juice, pastries, waffles as advertised. There is so much to be desired. I so wanted the hotel to be great.

Poor house keeping and the owners are jerks and way over priced! always asking who is with me and what was all the noise in my room
