Randall Black is truly customer focused. He installed a roof for us 5 years ago when he was with another company. When I called he did not hesitate to come and review my problem. He assessed the damage I incurred and it was determined that it was not the roof . He repaired the leak over my bay window and did not charge one dime and indicated that it was still his roof. What a customer focused person. I will use him for any exterior work I may need. Honesty, kindness, and professionalism rank very high on my list. THANKS RANDALL.

After I discovered a leak in my roof, I was directed to Mason Exteriors. Randall Black handled the insurance issues and then managed the replacement of my roof bringing it up to code. His crew did great work! I highly recommend this company!

Randall Black had inspected our roof and he had indicated our roof was in good shape and only needed basic maintenance. He didn't try to sell us a new roof when it isn't needed. What a customer focused person. Honest and professional

Brad and Mason Exteriors is exactly what you're looking for on a contractor. I had a home with a damaged roof but wasn't sure if it was something insurance would cover. Brad came in, thoroughly assessed the situation and walked me through the next steps eventually meeting with me along with the claims adjuster. He followed up often and patiently answered a number of questions I had. He also pointed out a few other issues with the chimney and some of the venting that some of the companies I had evaluate the roof missed (and agreed were issues after I followed back up with them using Brad's pictures). Pricing seemed more than fair, transparent, 0 pressure, and his crew showed up and did everything exactly as planned. A few days after his team was done I had some fascia / sofit repair done by another contractor I trusted and he commented that the roof seemed well done. No doubt, would recommend Brad and these guys anytime. He just seems a straight up good dude.
