If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible experience with every aspect of this company. I gave them many chances to make it right before I wrote a review but, sadly, they did not come through for me. They installed a box through ceiling and chimney for my wood stove and when I asked why it was so expensive they told me it included installation of the stove. The box through my roof leaks so I called them several times and left messages and no one would return my calls. I was shocked that no one cared that I had water coming in my home around the chimney box! Fast forward to when my reno was finally done and I called to have them install my stove (only because I had already paid for it!) and they said no since I didn't buy the stove from them they weren't going to be able to help me even though installation was supposedly included in the price. Every person I dealt with was rude and I really wish I had given my money to another company that knew what they were doing, treated me well and actually cared that I was satisfied.

Called in the week before MLK day in early January to get a quote for sprayfoam, and the salesmanship said he would reached out the following Tuesday when he got back in town. After not hearing from him I called back on Thursday and spoke to another salesman who was eager to come out that day but unfortunately I couldn't make that so we scheduled an appointment for 9:00am the next day. 9:00am came and went and no calls and no salesman. Finally, at 9:40, I called to see what was going on, maybe I had the time wrong, and Darius informed me he got tied up in the office and would get out there soon. I guess picking up the phone and letting me know you are running behind is too much to ask? I needed a crawlspace done, a bonus room and a 30x70 shop all spray foamed and will be taking my business elsewhere. Pretty much the same thing happened to me ten years ago with them as I had them coming out to insulate a 5,000 sq' house and they just never showed up, no calls no nothing. I finally called the salesman and learned they had a bigger client to take care of and we would need to reschedule. I guess if anything they are constant.
