Jeff Burkhalter Septic Tank

We contacted Jeff the day before Christmas Eve because our toilets wouldn’t flush and everything was backing up in the house. Jeff said that he could come out on Christmas Eve and see what was going on. Once he arrived he located the septic tank and unloaded the tractor to get straight to work. He uncovers the tank doors and find our problem(full tank). He pumped the tank and installed tank doors back. Really Professional and does quality work. Super nice guy and would recommend this company to anyone.

Contacted Burkhalter on a recommendation from a friend to have septic tank pumped. When Nick and Joe showed up we had some conversation about amount time in the house and our knowledge of when it was last pumped as opposed to when it was last opened and cleaned out, which we didn't know so we went with the option to clean out the tank .Once they uncovered the tank and spent a lot of effort to get the doors opened there was a significant issue exposed that Nick and Joe addressed in short order. Nick came out and did an amazing job! I've had more than a few tanks pumped out over the years but never as thoroughly done as he did today. Very knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful. Highly recommended!

This guy has been harassing me, he even found me on snap chat because i wouldn't answer his calls. He left me voicemails trash talking other businesses and also quoted me hundreds of dollars over the typical pumping price. I honestly worry that this guy even knows where i live.

Nick did a great job with cleaning our tank. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great info on how to keep our system in the best working condition. We will be using this company again in the future. Thanks!
