Tammy has been very helpful in advising and filtering those Assisted Living facilities that may meet the priorities important to and needed for my parent. Her perspective has been helpful in comparing notes from our own research. Importantly, she has been very responsive as due to Covid and our own scheduling challenges, we have been calling and asking her to schedule tours/interviews at the last moment and she has been able to do so. When she is not available, her partner has met us at the facility. Lastly, she has been patient as our parent has been reticent in moving to a facility. We were concerned that our vacillation was wasting her time but she has not been discouraged.
