Guess 'its official' Office Max..Hiram is permanently closing. Went to get prints over the weekend & the print center was already closed ..NOT EVEN SELF SERVICE! #wasdisappointed. Not gonna lie...will miss this location...sigh. Service wasn't always top notch but what can ya do...but roll with it. Kim..Elijah..& several other print staff were usually very helpful & friendly despite the sometimes seemingly stressful atmosphere ...#blessingsyawl

-0- STARS in reality. You are much better off closing this Hiram Store than letting your very rude employees take you further down...better to have no employees than to have employees who are detrimental to the business in house. Also your stock on the shelf is very lacking. Total waste to park and go into your store only to not have the product and to be treated rudely...I am a retail business owner (41 years) and I absolutely know how to treat customers and run a retail business. Your company does not..... You should have a "secret shopper" from your management pool shop at this location and see what customers are experiencing...

Young girl checking us out was taking her sweet time and was rude. We try to support the local business instead of amazon but this is ridiculous.
