The online customer service is terrible. I spent at least 4 hrs on the phone and the issue has still not been resolved. I was transferred multiple times and nobody was actually able to help me. I was also told that a store manager would call me before the end of business today, but they never did. At this point I don't have the laptop I ordered and I haven't been given a refund. They claimed that the were unable to deliver my laptop, but they never actually tried. They also make it impossible to speak with anyone in the stores but then tell you that they can't help you and that you need to speak with someone in the store.so now I am going to have to actually go in person to get my money back. I would highly recommend not shopping at Best Buy!

Love this store. Everything is laid out great and cant beat the customer service..
