        Greystone Power has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I Just spoke to an agent named Lakeitta and she was extremely rude and dismissive for absolutely NO reason. Its 9:30 in the morning. Who's that nasty early in the morning. I couldn't even ask questions before she cut me off and her tone was horrible. very nasty attitude. She should not be customer facing at all. No one should have to be subjected to that type of behavior. Greystone Power. Do Better!

        So far theyre giving me a bad taste. Theyre more than comfortable to allow vets to go with electric. Even when I asked to pay for emergency services. That to me shows they dont care about the well being of their clients.
