Listen Omg I had the best experience with this Dr! Not only did he squeeze me in, front desk was excellent and I felt no pain with the extraction at all!! Highly Recommend!

Waited in the parking lot for over an hour. I ask how much longer they tell me we have 2 people ahead of us. A $200 service fee with insurance ridiculous. Appointment at 8:30am didn't get seen till NEVER AGAIN

I gave two stars because it is a clean place however they are very unprofessional and bias. The communication in horrible, Ive been trying to get an appointment schedule for my child for the longest after they told me I just needed to get him cleared from his specialist. Apparently they sent his referral to another facility that I was not even notified about; then when you called to get information you either get hung up on or they tell you they will call you back and never received a phone call. I was excited to come here for my sons treatment because of one of the doctors I was told was amazing. Im learning that a lot of places in Hinesville is operated the same way, its sickening in all honesty. Jesus!

So far I cant even get in touch with anyone to make an appointment. You call, Girl says request online. Ive already requested an appointment Twice. Will I ever hear from anyone?

My children got their wisdom teeth removed here. At the initial visit which we had to drive over an hour for the doctor kept telling us how lucky we were that he still accepts our insurance and pretty soon he wont. This was the only surgeon that would do their surgery within 100 miles. They charge facility fees for surgery which isnt covered and who knows why because its in their own building. During the day of surgery they couldnt take a credit card so I had to leave and get cash. Red flag. Then they didnt listen to my children when they had concerns and just told them to be quiet. When the surgery was done the nurse brought them to the car and pretty much dumped them out of the wheelchair while scolding me for pulling too close. We had to wait days for them to call in their prescriptions and they didnt give them school notes, when they finally emailed them they gave them 3 days which is not enough at all especially since they didnt have meds, they refused to answer my calls and e-mails. Never scheduled a follow up and my kids are still having issues. Never have I felt more like I was on Medicaid than we did by this doctor and staff. We have hired a lawyer as well. Dont go here if you can afford not to!
