In and out without a problem. The dentists and nurses are calming and will make sure you are comfortable throughout the process. We thank both Nikki and Dr. Cordaro for being outstanding.

I wish I could give zero stars but in order to do a review you have to give at least a star first off let me start by saying I have been a patient since 2019 Up until April 3, 2024 I will never step foot, nor any of my family members will continue to support Smith dental of Hartwell Or any other establishments that Mr. Smith owns the service I received on April 3rd Was by far the worst Ive ever received in any establishment in my entire life by the owner himself, Mr. Charles, Im guessing Mrs.Netta didnt fix his lunch that morning But I will say his staff does a phenomenal job but him I wouldnt let him touch my dogs teeth. He was very aggressive Very unprofessional and had the audacity to tell me he was in a rush. I wish I could upload the recording that I have of him being very argumentative over talking me when I was trying to explain My concerns to him Being that he is the owner seem like he would be concerned due to me being In his office for the same issue 3x that was his/staff fault before he entered the room, I could tell that he was in a not so pleasant mood when his assistant went to get him to check something that he should have done in the 1st place hearing him taking deep breaths as if I was a bother to him alerted me to start recording Im so happy I was able to record him. I advise anyone if you have to go there, please have some type of recording going when he is rendering care. Thank God I didnt let my son get his braces There theyre overpriced, and the technology is not up-to-date Smile doctors will definitely be your best bet if you or your child are needing orthodontic care Check there first they have up-to-date technology plus their pricing is better than Dr. Smiths office but I will say Miss Brittany does an awesome job as well if you do decide to choose them. I really enjoyed going there up until this incident with Mr. Smith being that Ive been a patient for so long. I really enjoyed the staff One bad apple will ruin the bunch Being the owner of an establishment with that kind of temper is sad, but Im not the one to stop anybodys money flow if you do decide to go there, I hope your experience is nothing like how mines was on April 3rd I also forgot to mention, that was my first time ever seeing Mr.Smith for care When I would go in the past, I would see Brittany and another doctor
