Lisa Ragan Customs Brokerage

They are OK customs brokers and we have used them multiple times but they just raised their price 40% with out letting us know! Clearing customs is not brain surgery the paper work is submitted electronically and is prepared in less then 30 minutes. The cost for a simple entry of 200.00 is ridiculous there are companies out there that will do it for half that! Check around they need a reality check on there value!

I was in contact with Lisa Ragan Customs Brokerage for 2 days about shipping my dog internationally and my need for a broker to get her through customs.They told me that everything was good to go and that was NOT the case. I’m active duty military stationed overseas and had a family member go to the airport to meet the broker to get my dog at the destination and the broker was no where to be found. Not only that, but Team 2 (Amanda’s team we were working with) would not respond to my family member when they were reaching out asking where they were or what to do. To top it all off this business had the audacity to still charge me the $200 as if they provided me with the services I asked for. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
