RENTERS BEWARE: 2217 Glynn Arven Ct in Augusta, GA. I rented this house from December 2021 to January 2022. The start of the experience of getting lease and viewing the home was great. Everything checked out okay besides a few minor issues that was agreed upon that would be fixed like no screens on the windows, front door issue, dish washer leaking and refrigerator issues that was never addressed throughout my stay. We would put in maintenance requests that never got fulfilled and acknowledged by this company. The real issue didnt come until some time in the home especially the summer of 2022. The a/c 1st went out in the home of April 2022. My family and I were stuck in a home with no A/C for a couple of weeks then they fixed it within that time frame and it worked for 2 weeks then went back out before even May had started. Between the owner & realty company not wanting to spend money on fixing anything in the home and not having empathy for my family and I being in a hot house to get the A/C fixed was really disheartening. We even went to the extremes of contacting code enforcement to help move things along and that didnt work, as we received calls from Bluebird Realty as to why we contacted code enforcement and how the owner was upset but, we were the ones staying in an hot house above 90 plus degrees. I have never in my life experienced that kind of treatment from realty company or landlord. I eventually had to go out and get a window unit and stand up unit to semi cool the house down and it not be so miserable out of my own money that I couldnt even get reimbursed on. The a/c eventually got fixed end of July beginning of August 22. So as you can see from actually April 2022 to pretty much the end of July beginning of August 2022 we went with no a/c. With that said that made the experience of renting from this company horrible and I wouldnt advise anyone to rent 2217 Glynn Arven Ct because between the landlord and bluebird realty they just didnt care enough for my liking and my familys liking. There was no empathy or concern just an company getting over on hardworking folks like myself to make an dollar.
