        Great neighbors. Large lots. Well designed neighborhood. Lot of value for the price. We moved here to be close to Grand kids from Atlanta. Bargain compared to large metro area and very low taxes and crime.

        Check other subdivisions. Creekside has over inflated land and home prices. If you own now sell now before you're upside down from losing value overnight. If you do put down money on a lot do not change your mind because they will keep it. All the 5 star reviews are fake. Get ahold of ALL Master Declarations and read carefully. Many residents don't last a year and they sell. This development should have negative stars.
