        He came out and helped us with an on going issue we have been dealing with. We were having a hard time finding someone to come out until we found JD Septic & Sewer. He was affordable and very professional.

        We need a company to come to our home within a day for a septic tank issue. This was the only company that could come out within two days. They did not show up at the home until 2 hours after the window given. Not a big deal except for the fact that they didnt call to let us know. They charged $250 for a diagnosis and then $400 to pump our tank. There was no diagnosis made other than the assumption of issues with the drain field. All the company did was dig the tank up and pump it out like any normal $150-$300 septic tank pump job. We were disappointed in the service and the extra charge for something that they didnt do. Unfortunately they were the only company that could come out at the time. I do not recommend this company.
