        Highly recommend McCann Land Surveyors! Danielle went above and beyond to help and make sure all of our questions were answered and she always kept us in the loop on everything that was happening. Ryan and Victor, the 2 gents that came out and did all the field work were awesome to work with as well. I really do appreciate all of their hard work and dedication!

        My husband and I wanted to have this done for a while, but he passed away in January, but I called McCann's, and they explained the price of the layout of each cost. They came out as scheduled and did an awesome job. They surveyed from every angle they did not rush through at the end of the day when they walked me through. I was shocked because my late husband and I were unaware of how far back our property line went, I am so grateful for the two men that came out, now I can do the things we had plan to do. I would give them 10 stars. They have given me peace of mind because they stake out my property down to the inch. The office staff is wonderful and professional as well. Can't go wrong with them. The prices are well worth the investment of your property, which you worked hard to obtain.

        I only wanted one line on my property marked. Was quoted $1,850.00 ill pass for sure. The office was nice about it.

Chad was the project manager, Ryan, the crew chief, and Mitch, the I-Man. They did an exceptional and very professional job and I was very pleased.         I had my residence surveyed for a fence and McCann did a excellent job. The price was very fair, they had the latest technology to make sure where my property line was. I very impressed. There no question were my property line is now. I will highly recommend them in the future.
