        Picks up the phone and immediately hangs up, doesn't even care to put you on hold. Does not want to deal with you at all. Aug 22nd @ 1:56PM On the fourth attempt because I'm desperate to find a certain thing, she finally says "Hallmark" and then I ask if she has Webkinz and hangs up on me. 5th time I'm like is this woman really hanging up on me? She does the same thing when I ask for the Webkinz stuffed animal.

        This is a very nice store. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was displayed neatly and easy to find. I can't wait to go again. Loved it
