The worst auction experience ever I purchased a vehicle in January that will not pass emissions and they still have not gotten me my title. I have my lawyer and Im going to get results.

This place has really bad customer service. I purchased a vehicle since October and still havent been able to receive my title. Plus the vehicles motor was not functioning. Each time i call it goes to voicemail. Even today that its friday and itz one of the days they open

I bought a car from Dealer's Choice AA in February. Now, in May, I STILL have not received the title for my car. Even more aggravating is that anytime I call, the phone goes to a voicemail that's full, that goes to another voicemail that's full, that goes to another voicemail that's full, and so on. Even when I went by the office today during their supposed "business hours," the place was locked up and nobody was there. The last time I went by and there actually WAS someone there, the "system was down" and there was no way for them to give me any information in regards to the current status of my title. My suggestion? Stay as far away from here as you can. Oh yea, and don't believe anything they tell you about the condition of the car, they lie! Flat out!

I recently purchased a car there, I asked if there was anything wrong with it and was told by multiple people that there wasn't. I paid for the car and took it to a mechanic and found out the car wouldn't even pass emissions. I called to let them know that I lived in one the thirteen counties that is part of the Georgia Clean Air Force and that I wanted to bring the car back and get my money back but they said I had to talk to the owner, who I haven't been able to contact.
