        The only reason they got one star so I can write other then that they wouldnt get that they dont like to answer the phones they dont respond to messages I had to stay on they behind about my mothers medicine and my mom is diabetic and I do not play about her I only got one and Im gone make sure she good until she leaves me

        This one star goes to this gray location, girl at front desk who never answers the phone, goes to the color coordinator Jamie that just told me ppl are just suppose to die if they physician is off of work and can't get there med refilled. Idk why but it's the patient job I guess to set up their own schedule, may as well be their job to do the rest of there job to. For 2 days we've been tryna get her diabetic medicine filled!!I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE IN GRAY, I drive outta town to my appointments just to avoid this one!! They always never fail to f up. Far as I'm concerned the whole office lacks if No one Can get diabeticmed refilled. Wish I had the option of a negative star. my EXPERIENCE. I see why all the 5 stars was Years ago bc currently I guess u get just a "community" clinic experience at this one
