The individual driving this vehicle was swerving in and out of lanes , came next to my car raised his hand then proceeded to swerve in front of me and cut me off. I can’t imagine what this poor company’s service is like. I was going 78 MPH with a speed limit of 70 mph and the person driving this company vehicle has road rage because I wouldn’t go faster. Nearly clipped my vehicle as he tried to cut me off.

The Plumbing Shark (Shaun) is awesome! He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival we talked about the issues we were having with a few showers and tubs leaking. 30 minutes later everything was fixed! He gave me a very detailed explanation of everything that was wrong and what he had to do to resolve each issue individually. He is fast, knowledgeable and has very competitive rates. I highly recommend Shaun and look forward to working with him on another job soon.

Shaun showed up when he said he would, came with an excellent attitude, completed the job professionally, and charged about 1/2 of what another plumbing company quoted. (The other company never showed up.) Plumbing Shark will be my go-to company for all my plumbing needs.

Shaun with The Plumbing Shark has saved me on two occasions now. Both of those have been with water leaks outside of my house causing a spike in my water usage and bill. Upon finding out about these leaks, I have called him and he has responded very quickly and both times he was very busy and came out to me, which would be after hours for most businesses, at the end of each day. He asked on both occasions if it was something that could wait until the following week and when explaining the situations to him, he came out that same night. He cares about people and doing the right thing and this is a rare kind of person in business. He has people skills, is flexible and very friendly and fair on price.
