When it comes to having an MRI done, Im always filled with dread. Being in one of these machines sets off my claustrophobia which triggers a panic attack where I dissolve into tears. My doctor had prescribed something to help keep me calm, but it wasnt strong enough. As I lay on the table that would slide into the machine I began to weep. I wasnt sobbing loudly, but tears streamed from eyes showing my distress. Fortunately for me, the technician Kasthuri was there. She spoke in a soft, reassuring tone in an effort to calm me. She held my hands and promised me that she would take care of me, and that she would pull me out anytime I needed her to. She also made sure to tell me what was happening every step of the way. And she repeatedly made sure I was alright and reassured me that I was doing fine and would be done soon. As traumatic as the experience was for me psychologically and emotionally, I am so grateful that Kasthuri was there to help me through it. Shes a kind and compassionate woman, and the Imaging Center is truly lucky to have her working for them. Everyone I encountered was polite and professional. I was treated with respect and dignity, and my wait time was minimal. The facility is clean and spacious and is beautifully decorated in calming, muted colors.

Refused my 1 year olds appointment because they told us the wrong information. Waited all day in between appointments only to wait another hour for his test to he turned away. Do no recommend and will not be rescheduling his appointment here. Its almost 2 and he hasn't had anything but 1 small breakfast and 1 thing to drink. Do not bring your kids here, they don't care and don't even know what to tell their patients for children tearinc.

Nothing personal to the lady at front desk, but chewing a gum at front of patients is not appropriate

Been here on several occasions and overall a good experience. Very nice waiting area. Professional staff that make you feel comfortable and at ease during imaging. I would recommend to anyone needing imaging services.
