        Prompt response and great service! I chose Promise Air to choose the right unit and replace my air conditioner because it was running on the old freon system. The service was swift and great right along with my appointment time! The job was finished the same day it was started. Great customer service too!! The unit and install pricing was very competitive. I'm pleased to start saving on my energy costs.

        I have 3 units to maintain my home. Billy would come in, identify the problem and do prompt repairs. If the item is under warranty, Billy would repair with no out of pocket costs. Straight forward and honest! Highly recommend...
