Update 4/20/2021. Got in and out in one day for a DEF header issue. They were willing to order the parts ahead of time and got me in first thing. They were willing to work with my extended service plan, which can be a PITA. Great people to work with. Very personable and cooperative. They are busy probably because of their great attitude and professional competence. Earlier review: These guys knocked out my recall work in no time at at my site. I didn't even know that the work could be done with travel until Barry told me. Saved me a lot of time and trouble. They showed up, did the work in about 2 hours, checked everything out and sent me a receipt via email. Could not have been easier. They might be a little hard to get in touch with but it is probably because they spend the time necessary to communicate with the customers they are currently servicing. At least that has been my experience.
