They call it ring because the fire alarm goes off multiple times a day. Set a new record today with 5 in under 12 hours. Trying to get in as much sleep as you can before morning PT? RING. Are you enjoying your lunch break? RING. Looking to nap before an afternoon workout? RING. Limit yourself to 1 minute showers because you'll never know when it will RING. This building has exceeded the standard in ensuring that soldiers are always prepared to be on the move and never get too complacent. These are two very important skills that the Army needs soldiers to work on as we look to maintain overmatch with near-peer adversaries.

This place needs to be demolished. Staff is friendly, but this place is a mess. Compared to the other hotels on the installation, its garbage. Lodging rates are just over $100, so our class of 15 is paying roughly $150000 for the amount of time we are staying here. This money doesnt even get you a two ply toilet paper here, and check out the breakfast: brown paper bag with snacks you would grab and go from your local shady gas station because you missed chow. Covid, no, cant blame covid, the other hotels are getting hot chow and they have kitchens. Screens are ripped, fans are covered in some odd substance, room was painted and covered in overspray and sanding dust. Outlets arnt installed that great, sketchy to plug stuff in. Pretty sad that IHG allows this place to be open, but I suppose its easy when they receive millions of dollars for a building you barely choose to maintain. I have plenty of time left here, I suppose I could start drafting a letter to the local or state government? Why not.... Update: The staff is very loud in the hallways. They just talk on their phones, speakerphone, and laugh and yell at each other from down the hallways. Update: Hotel still has terrible breakfast. Update: Do you need WiFi? Hope not, wont find it here Update: Surprise!! Elevators are broken again, and someone was stuck in them yesterday. No elevators and no water, awesome. Found a wasp in my room flying around, that's cool.
