Tri City Insurance

I've been a customer of Mrs Betty and TRI City insurance since moving to Ga 13 years ago. Highly recommend her and her amazing staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can.

Didn't have homeowners insurance during Hurricane Matthew DUE TO THEIR OVERSIGHT! Had Homeowners insurance through Tri-City from Travelers insurance. My policy has been in place since 2009 and was auto-renewed every year. I found out from my mortgage holder on the 4th Oct 2016 that my homeowners insurance had not been auto-renewed on the 22nd Sep 2016. Called Travelers to find out why - they said my insurance agent no longer worked with Travelers....but by the 4th Oct (first I hear of ANYTHING WRONG) - Travelers has a moratorium on new policies and I have no choice but to weather a HURRICANE without insurance! What the heck Tri-City!? Why have an agent if you're not going to be looking out for me? Called my agent (Tri-City) - no answer, left several messages, still no response. I'm with USAA now and I WON'T be going back to Tri-City or Travelers.
