Took my 2009 F250 here for a no start problem. The staff was more then accommodating when other shops refused my truck due to its age. All the guys at this shop are knowledgeable and are very willing to answer any question. I will be back for ALL my future repairs will all my vehicles.

They put a water pump on my 7.3 diesel in my 2000 F250 and did a Great Job. Also checked my truck over and told me of issues that will need to be looked at later .

I usually don’t post any reviews but after the experience I had and from of all places a service repair shop I had to tell everyone of my experience . From the moment I walked in the door at United Auto Care, a man named Danny, greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello and ask how could he help me. He listened to my concerns, then explain the process of how united auto care will address the issues I was having and he said he would be back in touch with me soon with some answers concerning the problems I was having with my car. Danny called me with the needed repairs and some recommendations of needed service. I know because of covid 19 that prices for everything have gone up, but I was very happy with the price that I was given. Danny explain to me the timeline of which I would get my car back and explained the warranty on the repairs, And he told me he would update me as soon as the repairs were completed. I received a phone call earlier than he had promised and that The repairs were completed and the car had been test driven to verify the repairs. When I showed up to pick up My car, Danny again greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello, when I received the bill it was exactly what he had told me the price would be, he made the check out process so easy. Danny thank you for being so compassionate and caring in my time of need. Absolutely the best and most professional experience I have ever had at a auto repair shop. Had a vehicle here and got it back with one wrong rim on the vehicle. Called them out on it and got hung up on. Very unprofessional. They insisted they had a photo of the vehicle with the wrong wheel on it. Although if that was true the TPS light would also be on and they conveniently won’t show me the vehicle check in showing that that TPS light was on. Update to this review, just last week ran across the owner of an identical looking minivan to mine and it had one oddball wheel on it. Contacted the owner and verified that their vehicle was at this shop the same time mine was. I don’t know why the shop couldn’t man up in admit their mistake but it’s now been proven that they switched the wheels and still to this day deny it. Extremely unprofessional and this kind of actions will only lead them to going out of business one day. Hope that they do soon because they don’t deserve to be in business treating their customers like this. Oh by the way the total for my repair of my van while it was there was over $8000. Had to have transmission rebuilt was told it would take about a week and ended up taking almost a month. Highly advise to never go to this place for anything
