Typically I don't like to leave negative reviews about small businesses, but here we go...Throughout my entire experience (which has been over a year) working with this company, I have never felt more ignored or unimportant. The employees and owners are unresponsive and insolent. Our new roof leaked twice after installation. I'm currently waiting for reimbursement of a payment that was promised and has not been made. They never return a phone call or email. I would advise to not work with this company. Services: Roof installation, Roof inspection

American Southern Roofing brought my vision into reality! I have a unique flat rooftop patio above my garage, which until recently was unusable space. Clayton from American Southern Roofing came out and discussed several different options with me, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did they re seal my entire flat roof with a 20 year silicone product, they also ordered and installed a rubber paver system on the rooftop patio, which made it safe to walk on and gave it a great finished look. Amazing roofing experience. My insurance company was difficult. They made it happen! Install was amazing. Hardworking men and amazing clean up! I completely recommend Jim and his team!

Had this company come out and give us a quote on a new roof. We agreed to work with them but they messed things up with our insurance. Very lazy at getting back to us by phone or email. When we got someone on the phone, they said they had to call us back... never did. After months of waiting on them, we finally went with another company that came out within a week and completed the job. This company is lazy so unless you are ready to wait things out,pick another one.
