It was an emergency, my truck was on and the keys were in there. Told him I needed someone soon he said give them 15-20 minutes and the technician would call.
Dispatcher women calls says they are not availble till 7 AM mind you its 1:54 AM! I told her that I asked for someone today! She said her technician is not available, I asked I thought you were 24/7 and she hangs up on me.
Worst service. And Im unsure why she chose that job, if her customer service was horrendous!
