Harriet was amazing! Moving can be such a stressful process and she made it the easiest. She had a wonderful attitude and answered all of my questions. Seriously one of the nicest people to have had the pleasure of working with. & the Uhaul truck ran fine too!

Glad Derrick turned the peculiar circumstances surrounding the return of our truck and trailer rental around. I will not specify it but it would have apparently been abuse of an opportunity to profit by someone else. What else makes sense?? We will never know the truth. It is mind boggling what happened but because of Derrick’s ability to choose to make things right for us. I give this store a 3 star and will rent there again. We will just be very careful with how we handle our business next time.
