I was in an accident this past week with this company, the driver driving reckless on the highway. I called and asked JOEY what was their insurance company phone number because it was not coming up on the internet, he proceeded to tell me that the accident was my fault and that he wasnt giving me the number HE WASNT EVEN THE DRIVER, NOR WAS HE THERE! BUT QUICKLY TOLD ME HIS BELIEF AND SAID HE DIDNT FEEL COMFORTABLE GIVING ME A PHONE NUMBER. That should tell you how SHADY THEIR COMPANY IS!

Contacted this company for squirrel trapping and removal services from my attic. Scheduled technician to come out to my home to conduct and inspection on 3/27/24. They sent a technician out by the name of Tim to my home. According to Tim there is a family of 3 squirrels living in my attic(was even shown video of what I was told to be 2 juvenile squirrels with the mother being outdoors). The guy said he would be going back to the office to write up paperwork and talk with some other guy about getting a large enough cage to trap the entire family of squirrels. Quoted me a price for the trapping removal and sealing of entry and exit points. Said he could have it done by 3/29/24 at the latest. I thought we had a plan. Havent heard from the guy since. Its now Tuesday of the following week, no quoted invoice no follow-up calls. No nothing. What kind of company are these in Atlanta that do business like this. Unreliable, non-communicative and unprofessional.

Company truck almost hit me at a red light. Then proceeded to wave his arms at me out of frustration that I was not accelerating quickly enough. He must have not noticed the fact that we were entering a school zone as he blew past me and then ran a very obvious red light.
