Just visited the store by a recommendation..was barely greeted by an older white gentleman with glasses..the minute I advised him that I had a workman's comp case and I needed a boot for my injury...I felt he became very short and dismissive when I was inquiring about the process on getting the boot..his attitude was not welcoming towards me at all...will not be returning.....

Was greeted upon entering in my loaner chair from Grady hospital. This is the first store I have shopped since being released from the hospital where my left leg was amputated. My wife and I looked at one of their chairs as we were ignored by both staff members completely. My thought process is a person missing a leg is probably at such a store to make a purchase but hey Im not them.

I purchased a toilet seat riser from this store on November 14, 2019. Husband was having surgery 5 days later and needed it. Could not find one in several stores and didn't have time to order one online. I paid $74.89, including tax, for a Drive riser. Was told under no circumstances could it be returned after it left the store. The following week after my husband's surgery I went online to Amazon and found the exact seat, brand name and model number, for $34.73 including tax. I feel like the store really ripped me off. A markup that substantial is ridiculous. I am not happy.
