Office Depot - Print & Copy Services

Print service is terrible. It use to be good a few years ago but it seems like they just don't care anymore. The also now have a 2.50 minimum on print orders and even if your order is under that it'll still be 2.50. Sure, you can remedy that by using self serve.... If it even works. Three people including myself tried to use self service printers and NONE of then worked or printed the products correctly. And it took 30 minutes to print something I could have done at home in 5... And they still got it wrong by printing it on the wrong side of the paper and then the wrong size and wasting my vinyl paper. The only reason I went here is because I needed something immediately for work, but it's a waste of time. Don't go to this location for print services.

I purchased furniture from Office Depot, it was not delivered. The location could not get a hold of the delivery company for five days. I requested cancellation of the order May 28. That was done by the agent and credit was processed I came home on June 2nd saw the furniture sitting in my carport. I called Office Depot again to find out why they delivered the furniture that has been canceled. They processed another return and assured me that it will be picked up in two days and money will be returned. Today is the 10th the furniture is still sitting in my carport. My money has not been returned The supervisor told me my money will be returned when the furniture is picked up and delivered to the warehouse. That is wrong. It was their error not mine. What is the guarantee that it will be picked up by the delivery company. My responsibility is not to watch the furniture. Office Depot is allowing the unprofessional delivery company ruin their reputation. I feel like sharing my experience with Office Depot maybe they will have a better customer service. They need to return my money.
