        Wiped the old trade in phone completely before making sure we didn’t need the number on it. Lost everything for the new phone. We don’t know the number either because we can’t get into the email with his phone number.

        Ummmmm 60 minutes waiting time, only for the ppl that arrived after you to be helped first because they were here from yesterday....lol.. Customer Service is a no go here including the "Manager" 10 staff members 8 in the back 2 helping the front where there's 10ppl waiting. Make this make sense to me? Horrible .. I would not visit this location EVER
