      image First time buying the deli fried chicken and the last time buying any from Kroger. There were pieces of meat within the chicken that were like chewing leather which was disgusting and the chicken is poorly battered. Meat is too expensive to be such bad quality. I also wanted to add that store brand items have deteriorated in quality too. Bought a bag of Kroger cough drops and there are wrappers with no cough drops inside.
