        Must be out of business. I tried contacting at the number and got no response. Fortunate for me, I went to Computer Exchange and was very pleased with their service. Took less than 1 hour to have my computer repaired.

        Have a flat rate to determine any problems and that goes toward hardware if needed. Don't ever take your PC/Laptop to Best Buy, its a total scam.
