I genuinely cannot say enough great things about this company. The owner John is amazing to work with, just the nicest man imaginable, and he delivers excellent results whenever I need them, regardless of the complications involved with the work. We have asked him to do some work on short time schedules for several projects for my bosses and he provides top quality work every time. His techs are all professional, polite, punctual, and so helpful. They have also done work for my parents, and they are so respectful of both my folks and their home. Thank you for being the best guys around and we look forward to doing business with y'all for years to come!

I called to have a part put on my hardware tank the part was under 20. Dollars they were here for 43 minutes. Charge me 329.00. I ask for a break down in bill he wouldn't give me one. According to other plumbers I was over charged badly.

We called Dependable Plumbing after a particularly cold night when we woke up and found our water not running with a frozen pipe from our well house. Due to the cold snap all over the area, we felt lucky to get a quick return call and had Isaac and his brother (Jonah I believe) come out later that morning. The two gentlemen were very courteous and helpful, and were able to repair our burst pipe, and thaw the frozen section of our pipe that afternoon. We were concerned of not having water with cold temperatures forecasted for days, and honestly were unsure what we would have done with no working water for days with all our pets. Dependable Plumbing saved the day true to their name, and I am grateful to have a trustworthy plumber to call in the future.

We called Dependable Plumbing on Sunday, January 21 at 4:30 in the afternoon due to a broken water line to a toilet. Isaac arrived and was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Thanks Dependable Plumbing for saving our Sunday.
