Friendly knowledgeable staff.. clean and professional and you can just walk in as long as have a MD order either on you or in Piedmont system.. Call ahead to make sure the staff is available to do your procedure and you will have a good experience.

I truly appreciate this Imaging Center. I have used their services several times & am always impressed. From the front office staff to the professional nurses & technicians, they are all helpful, patient and friendly. They know their jobs well and make a not so enjoyable test as nice as possible. Karen, who does MRI’s, is very kind, considerate, gentle with IV’s and needle sticks. She is simply a joy to be around. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people!

I have been going to Piedmont imaging for years to do numerous things . The staff have always been wonderful to me , going above and beyond . Im thankful we have something local .

Stars are for the CT tech, she was great but.. Staff never answers the phone and never returns phone calls so don't even try to find out information. I had a scan in July 2020. At that time they did follow some Covid precautions (temp check at the door and a mask if you did not have one). My husband had a scan today (Sept. 2020) and they evidently do not think that Covid is a concern any longer as evidenced by no checking at the entrance, 5 or 6 people in the waiting room. I'm sure that it seems routine to the people that work in the environment all day but quite unnerving to those of us who have lost family members to this virus.
