They "repaired" my AC and installed a generic condenser fan motor which was heavier than original which cracked the case and broke the unit two months later. When I called him to look at it, he said we would charge me another trip charge for an issue he caused. He may sound affordable but buyer beware and you may want to learn from my experience. I am now 4K out of pocket when a good repair would have sufficed. Stay away. Update: Note response from the company. That I didn't maintain. That is why I just spent 4K on a new unit. I don't skimp on repairs. I have a regular repair person who was out of town and can vouch for my maintenance. Unfortunately I chose a poor replacement. I have several units and they are all well maintained. I am happy to share pictures of the repair so others can see the cracks in the case which was caused by installing a cheaper motor in.. I also have the text messages from them that they told me that this would fix it. At no point was another more expensive repaired offered. Tenant has been in unit for several years and always had unit well maintained. Nice try Cuff Linx.. Instead of admitting your poor service, you mislead which is even worse.Just take a look at the reviews. They don't exist - which says alot. Take your chances - you have been warned.
