Not what I expected

Never got to go and will not attempt to go back! My boyfriend and I received tickets for a dinner and show event at this venue. You are still required to call and make reservations after purchasing tickets. We called on Friday several times and all day Saturday for a 7:30 pm show. (10-28-27) and received an answering machine!!!! No one ever answered the phone or called us back. How in the world can you have a business with no one there to answer the phone???!!!! Needless to say we got our money back from Groupon (so glad we didn't buy directly from this place or it may have been a different story!) After this experience, I will not patronize this business. Unprofessionalism and disregard for others' money spent is unacceptable!!!

I had my wedding reception here this past weekend. I will say that the place was nice and spacious for my guest. The decor was beautiful. Thanks to my mom and her business partner for adding their special touch. However, I was disappointed with the Owner. She went back on her words when we first met and look at the venue to my understanding everything was clear. A couple weeks before my event her words changed. I wouldn't recommend anyone having an event here only because there should of been a written agreement , instead of verbally. Myself and my guest had a good time, which I was relieved about because there was a lot of behind the scene stuff that went on that I found out the day after and I don't appreciate how certain things were handle and comments that were made. Last, if you going to do something for someone as a favor(wedding favor)...don't wait to the last minute and throw something together because it looked tacky. Again, if you do decide to have an event here get a written contract/agreement in place.
