Rita was Extremely help with me and my last minute needs. Today is Monday may2nd and she was absolutely awesome its people like her that keep me coming to places like this vs doing it online . Thank you so much Rita for your excellent customer service Im so glad u like your job good job staples on hiring her and Jaderika they are awesome and make your company look awesome!!!

Went to Staples to have 2 Covid-19 vaccine cards copy . I wanted 3 copies and laminated, I paid extra to have it done in an hour. I went back and they didn't even started on it. They refunded me the money and did the job for free however I had to wait another 1/2 hour. We I got it back it was done wrong. I gave them the Covid-19 vaccine card the way I wanted. Then the lamination wasn't even correct. As you can see the laminated cards are to different sizes. The back of the cards doesn't have all the information on it. I will not go back to the copy and print service.

Kris and Tkai in the printing department went above and beyond in meeting my tight deadline printing needs right before closing. Those ladies helped and went above and beyond in customer service. Thank you ladies for your help, everyone loved our prints at the event and would come back and work with those ladies again! Thank you!

I am no one. I stood in line for 20 minutes only to realize that what I wanted I could have ordered on Amazon... Which I did while leaving. The staff is very slow. It's ok. They were not very busy.
