        Horribly run and managed. Inside was ice cold because the "HVAC system wasn't working". No effort whatsoever to put some space heaters or ANYTHING! Went here for lunch, food took close to 50 minutes to come out. All I wanted was some Pho. It's a real shame - the food is actually really good.

        Service was okay, but if you are looking for authentic food, keep looking. My pad Thai tasted like it was made with ketchup and fettuccini noodles. Not authentic Thai food at all.

        This used to be one of my favorite restaurants and now it is one of my least favorite dining experiences in the last year. Service was awful - the restaurant was empty and it still took over 45 minutes to get our food. The waiter was rude and eve com was ice cold and too oily. Very disappointing.
