Larissa and her team are amazing. She was s previous customer of mine. She was such a joy that I was eager to give her my business. She truly cares about others. It shows in her work! I would much rather pay her to file my taxes and know it will be done with attention to detail than to use a free tax service! Great customer service. Hands down

First impressions! We scheduled our first call with her today. She asked what we were there for and i started rattling off our questions. Then she is like, "Wait wait wait, you have a lot going on and i have a major deadline on Tuesday and am just exhausted. I can't really deal with this right now. And i need more information like your prior returns." Well duh!!! I was wondering how this consultation was supposed to go given she didnt ask us for any info! And SHE was tired? I'm a physician! Think I been twiddling my thumbs all day?! We went out of way to find time for that call and she says, nope, your business isnt important. Nice
