I worked the entry level position for about 3 weeks but unfortunately I had to leave due to a family emergency. While I was there I enjoyed the people and the training was pretty thorough. I think I could've been great at the job. I wish I could've stayed and continued my career but it wasn't in my cards at the time. I'd definitely consider coming back in the future when my situation gets better.

Every company will tell you that they treat their employees like family, but at Phoenix, you really are. I have always felt supported and listened to by management and coworkers alike, and everyone is genuinely interested in helping each other out. At Phoenix, I have been given the chance not only to grow myself professionally but to also meet like-minded individuals with similar career goals.

Starting at Phoenix, I was nervous about learning everything I needed to learn to be successful here at the company and move up. However, I worked hard and listened to my mentors and have been promoted twice. I make more here than my last job. It's all about the work you put in. If you want to be successful, whether the success be in the form of money, promotions, or making connections, it all comes down to your work ethic and ability to grow.

This was a horrible experience for me. I drove 654 round trip miles for an interview. I interviewed in a room with other candidates amd was told we would hear back within a week. I received a second email asking for another interview. I drove another 654 round trip miles, only to be told they never sent me an interview request. I even showed them the email. It was so embarrassing and humiliating and a waste of money I did not have because I was without a job at the time. But they didn't care. Also, the job I applied to was for a corporate trainer. During the interview, we were told that the job only consisted of going to the site to set displays. I think its false advertisement. Standing at a walmart selling cellphone plans is not the definition of a corporate trainer. They make the job sound great but what I was told was nowhere near what the guy explained. Its a horrible thing to do to someone; requesring an interview and then telling them its a mistake. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR APPLICANTS LOCATION. IM SURE MINE WAS POSTED ON MY RESUME.
