        Extremely helpful, attentive, patient - Heba and Jamie were both wonderful!!! The jeweler took care of me quickly (new watch batteries for eight watches!), and I simply couldn't be happier with my experience! The rings on display (predominantly diamonds) that I looked at while I waited are absolutely STUNNING! Just gorgeous!

        I had a wonderful experience with Heba Grissom's help finding the perfect ring as a 75th birthday present. The process was fun, first discussing the design, picking a stone and then watching it all come together beautifully. Her expertise and enthusiasm resulted in a lovely keepsake for me to enjoy and to hand down to my children. Thank you, Heba!
