Please allow me to say that from the moment we were referred to Yusef, it became evident that we were in good hands. It is rare to encounter a person so humble and apparently knowledgeable about their craft. Yusef was exacting, he came in to evaluate the job the day before he began the work. When he arrived he was pleasant and professional but down-to-earth. After he first checked out the job, which was installing a dedicated socket for a new dryer up to current inspection standards, he asked questions so that he knew exactly what he needed. That would seem like a givenright? It isnt, we have been through several contractors and did not have that same experience. He even asked for the manuals for the new washer, the electrical panel, checked the rear of the washer to also make sure it was in spec and agreement with the manual, and checked out the closets upstairs and downstairs to map the route. He told us exactly what our options were. He stated his price, it was very reasonable compared to other quotes for the job. He gave us the Why of how he could do the job from each proposed solution. Wifey made her choice. The following day, exactly at 2:30 pm, as promised, he and his team member, Cesar, arrived to do the job. Cesar was equally professional, polite, and listening to the exchange between them as Yusef practiced his Spanish (neither of them knowing I also speak Spanish) he was equally, as knowledgeable as, Yusef. When I tell you these gentleman worked diligently and measure 3 Times before making their cuts. These gentleman were surgeons, minimum cuts in two locations and they ran the wire through two floors to the circuit box! Clean, not rushed but expedient. They were done by about 7pm, or a bit earlier. We will be hiring them again for our renovations and everything electric! This was excellent work for a fair price and more importantly their customer service is impeccable.
